What is a dataset platform?
An online platform that provides a centralised location for open-source datasets available over the internet.
In this section, we aim to provide you with an overview of the dataset platforms that data analysts from across the partnership deem useful.
We will also provide user-guides and videos that show you how to use these platforms and what information they contain. Some of these platforms require a paid-for licence, please check the eligibility criteria for each platform or contact us to find out whether you can get a login.
Please note, ‘dataset platform’ is not to be confused with ‘data platform’ which is a piece of software to help you process and manage your data such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
